Fueling your Body for a Workout

Your body needs fuel to function, so it is recommended not to skip your
breakfast or exercise on an empty stomach (a fasting state).  Experts
have shown eating before exercise, as opposed to a fasting state, will
improve exercise performance. Make sure your meal contains
carbohydrate and protein, such as a smoothie or liquid supplement.
